International and Japanese students at CGU joined with local junior high school students around Isahaya for an English Adventure Day activity on July 16^th. This program, sponsored by the Isahaya Board of Education, provided local junior high school students the opportunity to meet and converse in English with international and Japanese students for a language exchange. Travel English was the theme for the language practice part of the event. The highlight of the English Adventure Day activity was the tie-dyeing event where participants created colorful tie-dyed handbags. It was a memorable event. We look forward to such future events. English Adventure Day activity concluded with the serving of drinks and lunches. We give our thanks to the Isahaya Board of Education and local ALTs for promoting such an event.
